This project focused on scaling profitability for an e-commerce brand in the photography equipment niche by fully automating its Google Ads (SEA) operations. The brand managed a large and frequently changing product catalog, making manual campaign creation, updates, and optimization inefficient and difficult to scale.
The primary objective was to replace manual ad management with a data-driven, automated SEA structure that could dynamically react to product availability, pricing, and performance. By implementing feed-based automation and performance-driven budget allocation, the campaigns became more relevant, scalable, and profitable.
As a result, the brand achieved substantial revenue growth, improved return on ad spend (ROAS), and significantly reduced manual workload—creating a sustainable and scalable advertising framework that supports long-term growth.
