Project Overview
This project aimed to transform a B2B consulting firm’s website into a high-performing lead generation system. The company relied heavily on referrals and lacked a scalable way to attract qualified prospects. Although the site received traffic, it struggled to convert visitors into inquiries, and key service pages were not ranking for high-intent keywords.
The main challenges were low organic visibility and poor conversion performance due to unclear messaging, weak value propositions, and unoptimized calls-to-action. To address this, we conducted a full SEO audit, performed keyword gap analysis, optimized service pages and content for decision-stage keywords, improved internal linking, and implemented CRO enhancements including better CTAs, forms, and messaging.
